Kissing (and/or intimate affection): Allowed, maybe. Sorta. Same reason as above. It would be better if you ask or talk to me prior for this boy's sake.
Relationships: Is a no go. As repressed as he is about it, he's pretty much Kazuha's
Punching/Hurting (provided he can fight back): Absolutely. Know that Heiji will probably fight back.
Injuring: Of course, just be sure to plot with me ahead of time.
Killing: I'm an angst whore, so yes. Similar to above, I prefer to plot it out ahead of time.
Brainwash/Mind control/Etc: Again, absolutely. This may take serious plotting, but I'm all for causing havoc where it's not needed. 8Db
Additionally due to Heiji's keen sense for detail (much like Conan/Kudo), it would help me tremendously if you filled this bit out regarding your characters.

(Provided it's been discovered IC) Can Heiji deduct something about your character?: Contact me first to work it out. A character has figured out his secret purely through deduction before, but that over a sequence of six months while seeing him on a daily basis. Even apart from the fact that Heiji would likely never even consider the idea of a half-ghost superhero, it is not something that would come to mind easily. If you really want to figure it out, I find its more fun to put effort into it from both sides with many hilarious misunderstandings and wrong conclusions along the way.

Cross + crescent moon shaped tattoo on his chest (he leaves his shirt unbuttoned so it can be seen) -- he's also clearly a fighter. He moves kind of lazily ambling, but he's too muscular to be anything else and he works at the bar as a bouncer to fight off monsters.
Noticeable Emotional Traits: Almost always deadpan. He jokes in deadpan, he talks in deadpan, his face is deadpan. Get him onto topics about his family and real emotions will shine through more though.
(After efficient encountering)Can Heiji learn of character habits?: Yeah, totally. If Heji talks to others he can probably pick up some info about Marco having all kinds of weird bird habits. Oh and pirate.
(Provided it's been discovered IC) Can Heiji deduct something about your character?:
It's not completely hidden, but Marco doesn't usually ever directly come out and explain it. However, clues abound all over the place, so permission to discover them (though if he does call Marco on it, Marco will notice him as observant unless Heiji gets it from slower/obvious routes):
1) He can turn into a blue phoenix. There are sparkles and flames etc (it doesn't burn things though, just heals/feels warm/soothing)
2) He's a Whitebeard pirate and thus, not really a stand-up moral/law-abiding guy. Sub-note: Marco is a commander though so he's used to looking after people and can be a lot of "do this for your own good."
3) He tends to like aquatic things. He hasn't told anyone yet that he can't really swim -- nor will he. But with time Heiji might notice a definite reluctance to go in the water. Which makes a lot of sense if you know 1, but not much if you only know 2
4) He can't scar because of the phoenix thing. And he tends to think of himself as a little immortal so if you ever see him in a big fight, he could get pretty beat up but unless he's power-blocked, he'd heal very very fast.

(Provided it's been discovered IC) Can Heiji deduct something about your character?: Sure! Most obvious stuff is probably he has a military background and he was in a war, but if anything else comes up Heiji's def. allowed to read it.
Noticeable Physical Traits:
-I'm not sure how tall he is canonically, but it's most likely somewhere around 6'...

(After efficient encountering)Can Heiji learn of character habits?: I am not sure Weiss has any... But if you notice any go for it! Weiss actually has another dude in his head and that guy has different body language so at times Weiss's body language may change entirely. This is definitely open to be noticed if it comes up.
(Provided it's been discovered IC) Can Heiji deduct something about your character?: Sure! Most obvious thing would probably be that Weiss is some kind of fighter, also most likely insane. Again if Heiji notices him acting contradictorily at times he is definitely open to take note :3 And, idk, whatever else comes up since Weiss is a villain and I am slowly working him into doing stuff in the game.

A fairly wide, mischievous grin (http://l-userpic.livejournal.com/110228924/21562569) and a scoundrels lopsided smile, he kind of looks like trouble from the get-go. He has warm, kind dark eyes though. He's about 6'0", lean, muscular and usually shirtless. He had a large burn/exit scar over his sternum and an even LARGER one (entry wound) to match covering a good portion of his back. There are spots of a purple tattoo at the edges, what was left of his Jolly Roger (http://l-userpic.livejournal.com/110228830/21562569). He's usually shirtless and almost always wears a bright orange hat with goggles on top that both smile and frown.
Noticeable Emotional Traits: Fairly friendly, flirtatious, snarky, somewhat troublesome but generally level-headed. He does have a brash, head-strong sort of confidence and a violent streak when he's angry. He's usually fairly calm and collected but he's protective of his Nakama and friends. Insulting them will incite his wrath.
(After efficient encountering)Can Heiji learn of character habits?: Sure, he moves around a lot, he can't seem to stay in one place for very long. He hangs out at a warehouse out by the port, near their ship the Weather Hardy. The only other place he is around more often is Marshall and their apartment. Haunts are the cafe and the Northern Lights Bar where he works/helps out/drinks. Other than that he wanders the city fighting monsters and what not. He may even see him go narcoleptic and pass out while standing or in the middle of conversation.
(Provided it's been discovered IC) Can Heiji deduct something about your character?: He is a pirate. Ace is for all effective purposes a walking being of pure fire, but he doesn't appear it at first. If he's stalked enough he could be seen using his fire--creating it, shooting it, having flames literally grow off of him and such-- or potentially see things pass through him leaving him unharmed and a fiery hole that slowly closes up. He'd probably sizzle and cast off steam in the rain as well if he's not wearing a jacket.
Obviously the scars on his back and chest are from something that went through him, he's kind of a walking spoiler, but I guess you probably don't mind those considering who your character is and what he does. It's obvious that this blast was by fire (or something similar like Magma) and was through and through and most likely killed him, or should have.
He could probably also deduce that he and Marco are close, as well as he and Luffy cause he hangs out with them a lot. They are very brotherly. He's also going to be hanging around Seifer a lot coming up here, he will probably be around that guy more cause he's watching over him. But he doesn't appear to have the same sort of closeness with the scarred man that he does with Marco and Luffy.

~She's pretty young, only 18, and small for her age
~She has those typical callouses on her hands from medical work as well as various scars from field work
~She generally wears her military clothes since they're the most functional
~She also always wears a set of dogtags that aren't hers
Noticeable Emotional Traits:
~She's incredibly intelligent. It takes more than your average brain to graduate college with degrees in Chemistry and Medicine at the age of 18. (However, despite this intelligence, she has yet to figure out that Conan is anything more than a little kid)
~She's also really inexperienced and easily frightened. It takes her a bit of thinking through to react to most stressful situations.
~At times she can be stubborn and hates being patronized. (just because she's small doesn't mean she can't handle herself... /grumblegrumble)
~She's hiding the fact that she helped a convicted criminal escape (he was framed, okay?).
(After efficient encountering)Can Heiji learn of character habits?: Oh of course! Her nervousness and stubbornness are a dead giveaway that she's inexperienced, while her quick responses (in medical situations) and medical skills are demonstrative of her intelligence.
(Provided it's been discovered IC) Can Heiji deduct something about your character?: Of course again! Her intelligence is pretty obvious once you get to know her but people often discount it because of her age (thus why she hates being patronized). He can also figure out something about Billy's dogtags (the escaped convict), that she always wears and keeps very close to her heart.
